Our client are a successful and friendly St. James’s Place (SJP) Partner Practice based near Stansted, seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join our growing team.

Your role will involve: Senior IFA Administrator
* Providing comprehensive admin support to the Advisors
* Managing and preparing documentation for client meetings
* Processing new business and liaising with providers
* Maintaining and updating client records accurately
* Assisting with compliance requirements and client communications
About you: Senior IFA Administrator
* Previous experience in an IFA or SJP environment is essential
* Strong understanding of financial services processes and terminology
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
* Comfortable using back-office systems (e.g. Salesforce, Intelligent Office)
