The What
When joining, you will be fully trained across all areas of the busy centre to ensure success. In our fast-paced, dynamic world, you will play a central role in supporting the effective operation of the business, injecting fun and positivity into the team and enhancing the customer journey. Your role is varied and exciting; you will coach and mentor the team, run an exceptional front-of-house operation, and support the General Manager back-of-house in delivering centre goals and financial targets. You will ensure the centre maintains the best standards and service to provide a safe and fun environment for customers.

* Management experience, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
