Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to deliver Light Vehicle Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeship training programmes to learners in Coventry on a full time and permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions for apprentices.
Collaborate with other trainers to deliver curriculum courses and manufacturer-specific modules.
Facilitate training using accredited methodologies.
Ensure training delivery meets the needs of the Apprenticeship Programme.
Prepare and maintain the learning environment and resources.
Track and coach learners using our learner management tracking platform.
Assist in developing new training materials.
Embed functional skills in key subject areas.
Produce training reports for employers and development coaches.
Identify and support learners needing additional assistance or challenge.
Deliver induction sessions for new apprentices.Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified Technician at Level 3 (EHV certification desirable).
Teaching qualification or experience is desirable but not essential as my client will train you up
Full driving licence.
Recent manufacturer workshop experience (desirable).
Competent with MS software packages.Personal Qualities:

£34,000 - £39,000 dependent on experience.
