The Vacancy We are looking for an IT Project & Process Analyst to play a key part of the team responsible for the management of De La Rue's IT project pipeline on a fixed term basis. You will support the delivery of robust IT processes centered around engagement with the business. Defining, reviewing and identify improvement areas will help you design new processes while adhering to key business audit requirements (ISO). You will support in the definition and delivery of projects, support the requirements gathering, planning and implementation of changes following the relevant IT Service Management processes. You will be engaging with the business to understand requirements, work with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify solutions, plan implementation and timelines, identify milestones, co-ordinate resources to successful deliver projects. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements before procurement ensuring the validity of purchases and avoid areas of duplication where possible. Key Responsibilities Providing guidance on process to the Head of Infrastructure and Data services and to the wider infrastructure and data teams. Key point of expertise for projects across De La Rue IT. Supporting planning activities with other team leaders / managers to ensure IT projects are delivered timely and seamless with minimal risk and impact to live operations. Developing IT project and process standards and capabilities across De La Rue IT. Contract type: Fixed Term Working hours: Full Time Base location: Viables, Basingstoke Skills, Qualifications & Experience Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience Demonstrable experience in Project Delivery and/or Business Analysis. Ability to organise and plan work for yourself and in support of other teams. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work with stakeholders across the organisation. Experience of working in an ITIL environment, ideally possesses an ITIL Foundation qualification. Understanding the principles of stakeholder management. Ability to drive change through to completion, be creative and overcome obstacles / blockers to progress. Possess an ability to work independently and set / prioritise work for others. Ability to produce documentation to a high standard. Experience of a wide range of IT systems and processes. Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
