Job Purpose:

You will have the opportunity to work independently and become a subject matter expert in IT and AV Troubleshooting. Your active participation and contribution in team discussions will be highly valued as you collaborate with your colleagues to provide solutions to work-related problems. Join our team and make a significant impact in ensuring the availability and smooth operation of our production systems.

Job Responsibilities:



1. Provide support for IT and AV related queries and troubleshooting for users
2. Drive incident and outage resolution and communication
3. Utilising tools including Service Now, ensuring SLAs are met
4. Assist with backend administration including asset tagging, auditing, and disposals
5. Maintain data retention practices


We are looking for experience in the following skills:


6. Very strong technical skills in all aspects of IT and AV support
7. Hands-on experience supporting C-Level executives
8. Exceptional level of customer service and confidentiality
9. Must be flexible regarding duties and hours of work, there will be occasional requirements to work out of hours for high profile events / visits
10. Shift cover where required


Nice to have:


11. Intermediate proficiency in ServiceNow
12. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
13. Advanced proficiency in Apple macOS Management
14. Advanced proficiency in Cross-Team Collaboration
