The role As a Sous chef you will run the kitchen with the head chef, this is a very hands on role and you will support in the running of the kitchen. This role will include all the standard sous chef duties.
Experience We are looking for a Sous chef with a fine dining background, ideally multi rosette or michelin, you must have great standards and fresh food.
