• Work with regional and central teams to implement systems, manage risk, and maintain consistent standards.
About You
• Significant experience in adult social care within a multi-site or senior leadership role.
• Proven experience supporting care homes through inspections, governance, and quality improvement.
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks and driving operational performance across services.
