Trainee Corporate Broker – South Leeds / Flexible Working
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with ideally 2 years commercial insurance experience, looking to step up into a “Corporate Broking” role with the opportunity to deal with larger and more technically complex commercial clients.
Working within a great team, you will be assisting the Account Executives and the branch MD with their cases, which vary from larger mid-market to corporate. The main emphasis will be on providing an exceptional level of service to existing clients, making mid-term amendments, marketing and negotiating renewals and there will be a smaller element of broking new business cases.
Ideal applicants will be smart, professional and with great attention to detail. There is a big emphasis on working as a team, hence this client has a very low staff turnover and a very high level of client retention.
Our client works on a very flexible basis, they are able to accommodate a range of hours to fit in with school runs and family commitments and can also accommodate a certain level of part-time working. Currently they require staff to be in the office 2 days per week and are comfortable with home working.
This is primarily a desk based role, however, there may be occasions where you will need to attend client meetings with the Account Executives.
