Associate Director Project Manager
RPS is seeking an Associate Director level Project Manager with proven experience in delivering challenging projects to join our rapidly growing team in Birmingham.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team of Project Managers and mentoring junior staff
* Managing client relationships within the sector
* Cost planning and producing cost estimates
* Preparing tender documents and construction documents
* Generating reports throughout the project lifecycle
* Handling pre- and post-contract duties for public and commercial projects
* Site visits for assessments and valuations
* Performing employer’s agent or contract administration roles
Who we’re looking for:
* Working knowledge of JCT Contracts
* Understanding of construction contract principles
* Desire to learn and develop professionally
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Strong report writing and communication skills
* Proficiency in IT, especially Excel
* Health and Safety awareness
* Pragmatic approach with flexibility to adapt plans quickly
