As we grow, we're on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual to join us at our southern office in Salisbury. Not just someone who can talk the talk—we want someone who's excited to grow with us, deliver results, and make things happen.
The role will include (but not limited to):
Research and identify new customer opportunities
Grow and manage your own customer pipeline
Service existing accounts and build strong, long-term relationships
Organise and execute daily outreach to maximise lead generation
Develop sales strategies to exceed targets
We are looking for candidates with;
Minimum of 3 years' successful sales experience.
Hungry, passionate, and self-motivated personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Curious, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

: Bonus scheme (GBS - growth by sharing)
