Expectations / Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Bachelor of Education) or equivalent.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience teaching at the primary level.
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* Adaptability, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
* A passion for child development and education.
* Experience with various assessment tools and methods is advantageous.
