We’re working in partnership with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Health & Safety Coordinator to support two sites in the Chesterfield/Derbyshire area. The Role – Health & Safety Coordinator Reporting to the Group HSE Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting and driving safety standards across both sites. You’ll help maintain compliance with legislation, assist in developing robust H&S processes and play an active role in building a positive safety culture throughout the business. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the Group HSE Manager with all on-site health and safety activities * Working closely with Site Managers and Operations teams to achieve safety goals * Monitoring and reporting on key H&S performance indicators * Assisting in maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems * Ensuring compliance with all H&S legislation and internal policies * Conducting risk assessments and recommending improvements * Participating in regular site safety meetings and initiatives The Candidate – Health & Safety Coordinator You’ll be someone who enjoys being hands-on in a manufacturing environment, with strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with colleagues at all levels.
