Technician
to assemble, configure, and test our immersive golf technology systems with precision and efficiency.
What You'll Do
* Set up and build system components, racks, signage, and cabling in a clean, organised workspace.
* Install and configure software, hardware, and network services including Windows, Android apps, DHCP, DNS, and more.
* Create remote support channels and configure client-specific settings like UI skins, LED presets, and booking system behaviours.
* Test systems thoroughly, resolve issues, and submit quality reports.
* Install optional features like Unity games, Brightsigns, and dual-language modes.
* Collaborate with project leads for internal testing and handover, and prepare systems for shipping.
* Support goods-in inspections and warranty repairs as needed.
