* Manage Commercial Risk: Work with the Trading, Pricing, and Import Sales teams to evaluate and manage risks associated with signing new business, ensuring robust decision-making.
* Streamline the Customer Journey: Partner with customer operations leaders to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience-from sales to service-focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and minimising debt risk.
* Ensure Contract Compliance: Oversee all export sales contracts, ensuring they meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
* Inform Senior Decision-Making: Provide clear and accurate updates to the Senior Leadership Team and the wider business on performance, agreements, and customer accounts-backed by your technical expertise.
* Be the Face of Good Energy: Represent the business at external meetings, industry events, and customer engagements-building strong relationships and championing our mission to power a cleaner, greener future.
