Paediatric Clinical Lead - Community Complex CareLocation: Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & CambridgeshireWorking Pattern: Hybrid with 2 days from home and 3 days in the communitySalary: £45,000 - £50,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pmWe are recruiting a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a well-established, nurse-led provider delivering high-quality community-based care to children with complex health needs. Due to continued growth across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire, this is a stable, long-term leadership opportunity.About the RoleAs a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership across community packages, supporting children, families and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care.
