As a Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments, acting as the main point of contact for clients, freeholders, and leaseholders. Your mission is to ensure top-tier service delivery while maintaining compliance with regulations and best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conduct regular property inspections and generate detailed reports
* Prepare and manage service charge budgets and client accounts
* Coordinate building and directors' insurance and manage claims
* Organize and attend AGMs, EGMs, and residents' meetings
* Handle leaseholder correspondence, lease breaches, and complaints
* Oversee contractors, repairs, and planned maintenance
* Support with lease assignments and property sales admin
Requirements for this role include:
* Strong knowledge of leasehold property management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Familiar with relevant legislation and compliance standards
