Your Role
* Lead and mentor a growing tax team
* Deliver complex advisory projects from start to finish
* Provide technical expertise on reorganisations, property structuring, and shareholder exits
* Review personal tax work and ensure accuracy across reports
* Manage workloads and run weekly team updates
* Act as the main point of contact for clients
* Monitor budgets and drive efficiencies
* Keep up to date with changing tax legislation
* Support business development and identify new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
* ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT qualified with 3–5+ years’ post-qualified experience
* Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
* Excellent communicator who thrives under pressure
* Previous UK practice experience is essential
