Benefits: Private healthcare scheme Company sick pay Life insurance policy 30 days holidays On-site parking Cycle to work scheme AXA insurance discounts Duties: *Process customer invoices promptly and with accuracy. *Record and track incoming payments to ensure accuracy. *Manage credit control by following up on overdue accounts and resolving billing or payment discrepancies. *Reconcile customer accounts and prepare detailed aging reports. *Apply cash receipts to customer accounts within the accounting system. *Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and issue account statements when needed. *Provide accurate AR reports and schedules to support month-end close activities. *Maintain well-organised records of invoices, receipts, and related correspondence. *Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and supplying required documentation. Criteria: Previous experience in a similar role covering AR, billing, or collections.
