We need to expand our team of cyber specialists to manage our increasing client workload, support our senior consultants, and provide our sales team with technical advisory during customer onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLSETS
Your role involves providing operational, consultative, and administrative cybersecurity and technology services to clients and prospects.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide the necessary technical support to secure their network and application infrastructures, optimizing their technology investments.
You should have demonstrable expertise in at least 2-3 of the following product suites: F5, Fortinet, ZScaler, Azure, AppViewX. FullProxy emphasizes top-level accreditation in recommended technologies, so maintaining up-to-date skills is important, and we will support your professional development.
Adopting a cyber resilience mindset, you'll consider the broader infrastructure to ensure recommendations and activities are optimally aligned.
Daily tasks include architecture planning, pre-sales support, troubleshooting, and enhancing services and vendor solutions, alongside providing best practices and recommendations.
You’ll need excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams, contribute to sales pitches, run demos, webinars, and develop thought leadership content to promote the business.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience with F5 products including LTM, DNS (GTM), AWAF (ASM), APM, and AFM, as well as the Fortinet portfolio including FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiClient, FortiEMS, and Secure SD-WAN.
* Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting in complex, global multi-data center environments, including Firewall and VPN.
* Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* F5 and/or Fortinet certifications (e.g., F5 30x/40x, Fortinet NSE4-77 / FCX, FCSS, FCP) are advantageous.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
* Self-motivated, solution-oriented, detail-focused, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of cryptography, encryption, PKI would be beneficial.
