Description Overview



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment and is passionate about problem-solving, data analysis, and delivering exceptional customer support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational excellence, resolving system and customer-related issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives


Scope of the Role



* Support with the resolution of SAP and EDI related issues
* Act as a point of escalation for complex customer order, enquiry, and claim issues
* Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
* Maintain and enhance dashboards (Power BI experience is a plus)
* Provide first-line support for data management, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
* Generate and distribute high-volume reports; analyse and present key insights
* Run weekly service level reports for both Store Brand and Branded products; support with analysis and corrections
* Analyse account split gaps and support resolution efforts
* Maintain Customer Service dashboards and FAQs
* Liaise with Customer Service Teams, Customer Supply Analysts and Account Managers to manage customer expectations, including those with high or unrealistic demands
* Objectively prioritise tasks based on business impact rather than urgency alone
* Lead team meetings, set agendas and facilitate discussions to align on priorities
* Proactively identify process gaps and implement sustainable fixes
* Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives through process optimisation
* Assist cross-functional teams with data collection, analysis and strategic insights
* Diagnose and resolve system issues to minimise workflow disruptions
* Review and implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency


Experience Required



* Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in SAP and Power BI (preferred)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
* Customer-focused mindset with experience handling complex or sensitive issues
* Strong team player with the ability to bring people together and foster collaboration
* Experience in data reporting, dashboard maintenance, and process improvement
