Job Title: Sales Performance Analyst - Direct Sales Location: UK - Newcastle - In Office 4 Days per Week Your Business Sector: AECO - Architects, Engineers, Construction & Owners Trimble is seeking a commercially aware Business Analyst to join us in a newly created role of Sales Performance Analyst, where you will support the Direct Sales function of our AECO business. In this position, you’ll join our established Direct Sales Performance Analysts team, predominantly focused on our EMEA business but also potentially supporting sales activities in other global regions. What Will You Do? Trimble is seeking a Sales Performance Analyst to support our EMEA Sales Operations team. The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, providing administrative support and ensuring efficient sales operations The ideal candidate must have previous administrative experience, ideally utilising Google Workspace, and have a proven ability to learn and master new software and processes quickly. Job Location: You will be based in our Newcastle office, so that you’ll be able to collaborate with other members of our Sales Operations team and key stakeholders. In this role, there will be semi-regular travel across to other Trimble office locations to meet with your Manager and team. Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end operational onboarding and offboarding process for the sales team and handle changes across multiple databases Assist with the maintenance and development of the AECO Sales Incentive Compensation software platform and seller plans for the EMEA region Data Management: Daily maintenance of critical trackers, including EMEA and Global data trackers and staffing sheets to ensure accuracy and compliance Sales Performance & Data Entry: Adjust data in relevant systems to ensure accurate sales records for reporting Sales Operations Support: Serve as the first line of support for all EMEA sales Operations enquiries, managing the support ticket system by logging, triaging, and assigning tasks CRM Data Management & Integrity: Update and maintain CRM data, including account and territory changes, and collaborate with key stakeholders in cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency Process Improvement: Assist in DX data-cleansing projects to improve the integrity and reliability of the database Administrative Support: Complete ad hoc administrative tasks, such as updating presentation slides, performing data compilation and analysis, and managing project-specific data What Skills & Experience You Should Bring: 2-3 years of sales or business administration experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
