An established nursery in Canford are looking for a fun, motivated Team leader to lead the baby room team within the nursery. They are looking for a level 3 or above nursery practitioner who is passionate about early years and can lead the baby room team to support children's learning and development.
About the Role
This is a full time role working 38.5 hours over 4 days (Monday to Friday) with a staggered start and finish each week. In return the nursery are offering a salary of £35,035 - £37,037.
Responsibilities
* You would work as a key person and lead the baby room to provide a high level of care and learning opportunities for all children and their families, to make sure you meet their individual needs.
* The nursery are looking for a level 3 practitioner who can work as part of a team and can create a warm, welcoming and fun environment.
Qualifications
* Level 3 or above in Early years.
Required Skills
* Passionate about early years.
* Ability to lead a team.
* Strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in a nursery setting.
* Ability to create engaging learning opportunities.
Pay range
£35,035 - £37,037 per annum
