Part Time Accounts Assistant (20 Hours) XERO EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL Location: Just out with Edinburgh City Centre Start Date: Immediate Part-time, 20 hours per week - Ideally suited to five mornings per week, although alternative working patterns will be considered. Flexibility is required to provide holiday cover when needed. Our client, a highly reputable and growing organisation based just out with Edinburgh city centre, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail focused finance professional. You will play a vital role in supporting day to day finance operations, including: Processing Bank Reconciliations Credit Control duties Maintaining accurate Payroll Records Preparation of accounts to Trial Balance stage Assisting with the Year-End Audit Pack Carrying out other ad hoc finance tasks as required Proven experience using Xero Strong competency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Proven experience working to deadlines in a busy finance environment If you're looking for a stable, supportive environment where you can develop your finance skills, we'd love to hear from you.
