Non-Contentious Construction Lawyers

Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim non-contentious construction lawyers to support both Eversheds Sutherland and our in‑house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies.


What you should have:

* At least 3 years PQE experience as a non‑contentious construction lawyer.
* A broad range of non‑contentious construction law experience gained in‑house, in private practice or both.
* Experience of drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of standard form construction contracts (including NEC, FIDIC and JCT) as well as bespoke contract forms.
* Experience of working on major infrastructure and development projects within the energy and transport sectors would be beneficial, but is not essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, trouble‑shoot and problem‑solve in a creative and innovative manner.
* Ability to manage a varied workload with minimal direction with effective legal risk management and appropriate escalation of legal risk.
