What you’ll do
1. Use web analytics tools to understand user journey challenges and provide recommendations to deliver business value
2. Build a deep understanding of business objectives so that you can create comprehensive measurement plans
3. Use SQL to extract, transform and load data from a data warehouse
4. Design and create dashboards to report on marketing performance or website objectives
5. Debug and validate marketing and analytics tags within a tag manager. Where appropriate implement/fix these tags to improve data quality
6. Perform regular health checks
7. Identify strategic opportunities through evaluation of our clients’ programs of work
8. To be an ambassador of iCrossing and its values
9. You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time

As a Senior Consultant, knowledge/experience in the following tools is key:
16. Web Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, PiwikPro
17. Visualisation Tools: PowerBi, Looker Studio, Tableau
18. Tag Management Tools: Google Tag Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, PiwikPro Tag Manager
19. Cloud Warehousing: Google Cloud, Azure, Amazon Web Services
20. SQL: Ability to query, design and optimise tables ideally within a cloud warehousing tool
Additionally, experience in the following is beneficial:
21. Python and R: Leverage Python/R to develop advanced analytics use cases (Causal Impact, Media Mix Modelling, Forecasting)
