Our client, who are a family run business based in Castle Donington, are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their successful customer service team. Our client are flexible on experience and do not need office experience, personality and work ethic are important to them.
£22,900 basic salary + bonus
Customer Service Administrator - The Role:
1. Handling customer enquiries over telephone and email.
2. Assisting customers from start to finish.
3. Liaising with internal departments and third parties.
4. Recording and updating details on the system.
5. Administrative duties.
Customer Service Administrator - The Candidate:
6. Professional and friendly telephone manner.
7. Previous Customer Service experience
8. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
9. Punctual, conscientious, and reliable.
10. Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
