* Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
* Matching, batching and coding invoices
* Supporting with payment runs and supplier reconciliations
* Responding to supplier queries and building positive relationships
* Assisting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
* Basic Excel skills and confidence working with numbers
* Previous office experience is helpful but not essential
* A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
