Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work on an ad-hoc basis across a variety of SEN schools in the Winchester area.
What the role involves:
* Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs, either 1:1 or in small groups
* Assisting teachers in creating inclusive, engaging classroom environments
* Helping pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and daily routines
* Adapting learning tasks to suit individual needs
* Encouraging a safe, positive, and nurturing atmosphere for all learners
We’re looking for people who:
* Are patient, caring, and passionate about helping young people succeed
* Are adaptable and confident working in different school settings
* Are reliable and open to taking ad-hoc, short-notice assignments
* Have experience with SEN (advantageous but not essential)
* Hold or are willing to obtain a Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
