Role Overview
The Aftersales and Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all post-sale operations, ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer service while meeting departmental targets. This role involves people management, strategy, and driving performance across the aftersales division.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the aftersales team to ensure business objectives are met
* Develop and execute the department's operational strategy in line with company goals
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience
* Ensure compliance with franchise guidelines and standards
* Analyse and report on departmental performance using key metrics
* Continuously improve service processes to enhance efficiency
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to staff
* Promote clear communication across departments
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar leadership role
* Previous experience in the motor trade or aftersales sector preferred
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication abilities
* Full UK driving licence required
