Role Description
This full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role is based in Aberdeen. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and assisting with executive-level tasks. The Administrative Assistant will be expected to maintain accurate records, perform clerical duties, and ensure smooth daily office operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Prior experience in the financial or professional services industry is a plus
