As our brand expands globally, we're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to bring our digital presence to life.
Role Overview
As our Social Media Content Creator, you'll be the voice and visual storyteller of our brand across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. You'll create engaging content that inspires our professional audience, showcases our products, and drives brand awareness and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, shoot, edit, and post high-quality content across all major social platforms (video, photo, Reels, Stories, etc.).
* Work with our marketing team to plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with launches, promotions, and trends.
* Create content that appeals to nail professionals — including tutorials, behind-the-scenes, product demos, and user-generated content features.
* Stay up to date with trends in beauty, nails, and social media to keep content fresh and engaging.
* Write compelling captions and CTAs that reflect our brand voice.
* Monitor social media performance, engagement, and growth metrics, and suggest improvements based on data.
* Collaborate with nail techs, influencers, and brand ambassadors to generate and repurpose content.
Requirements
* Proven experience creating engaging social media content, ideally in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle space.
* Strong photography and videography skills — especially for short-form content (e.g., TikToks, Instagram Reels).
* Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar).
* Deep understanding of platform-specific content strategies and algorithms.
* Highly creative, self-motivated, and organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Passion for nails, nail art, or the beauty industry is a strong plus.
* Experience working with brands or in-house marketing teams is preferred.
