HVAC Installer

We're seeking an HVAC Installer to install residential HVAC systems and ensure optimal performance and comfort for homeowners.

Responsibilities for the HVAC Installer:
* Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
* Capable of independently performing the entire installation process to collaborate with team members to make sure the job is done efficiently with no callbacks.
* Ensure efficient material usage and maintain sufficient equipment stock.
* Collect payment or payment details from customers for services rendered.
* Maintain company vehicles and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
* Prepare invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as necessary.
* Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
* Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
* Fulfill additional responsibilities as required, including cross-training in various roles.
Requirements for the HVAC Installer:
* Minimum of 5 years of Residential HVAC Installation experience.
* EPA Universal Certification.
* Heating/Boiling/AC experience required.
* Exceptional customer communication skills.
* A team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.
* An enthusiastic and positive individual eager to embrace challenges.
* Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
* Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
* Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
