The Ideal Candidate:
1. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
2. Proven track record of leading and developing successful departments
3. Possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Demonstrates a passion for curriculum innovation and educational technology
5. Thrives in a collaborative environment while possessing strong independent leadership qualities
6. Data-driven and committed to continuous improvement
