We're on the hunt for more TALENT to join our ever growing team at The One Off, Melbourne. We're looking for an Account Executive for our Derbyshire studio to start as soon as possible.
This is a permanent position within the account division, where your primary responsibility will be to provide support on both project and administrative levels to the team and the wider studio. You'll be expected to participate fully in client and internal meetings and gain a good understanding of the client accounts you are involved in. Organisation and technical abilities are crucial within this role. You will be working towards managing small-scale projects across single disciplines, in turn developing and building your Client Services skills and product knowledge.

Ideally the successful candidate will…….
· Bring excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
· Communicate confidently at all levels — from clients and planners to senior management
· Demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, including managing timesheets, invoices, purchase orders, sales forecasting and time planning/reporting
· Present with confidence, showcasing well-developed presentation skills when delivering information both to clients and internal teams
· Show a clear understanding of client needs and how best to support them
· Take a proactive approach, identifying opportunities to optimise profit across both new and existing clients.
· Be open to guidance and feedback, while also working independently and maintaining self-motivation
Preferred skills, experience and background …… (although not essential)
Good knowledge of office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project
Awareness of paper sizing print techniques, typefaces (5 most common), and basic materials for graphic productionable
Experience in running smaller projects independently would be an advantage
Able to produce simple project scopes and schedules and refer to line managers and design team when necessary
Understanding of basic 3D production processes and material
