About the Position
In this role you will:
* Lead and supervise the night shift, ensuring high standards of care and teamwork.
* Assist, direct, and mentor care staff.
* Maintain compliance with person‑centred principles and support management.
* Work 36 hours per week, including every other weekend, with overtime available when feasible.
Requirements
* Health and Social Care NVQ Level 3 (recommended) or equivalent Level 2.
* Minimum 5 years of caregiving experience, with at least 2 years as a senior carer.
* Experience and competence in medication administration (minimum 2 years).
* Strong leadership, decision‑making, and composure under pressure.
* English proficiency.
