FX Overlay Senior Associate
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our FX Overlay Service Delivery team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
Responsibilities
* Serve as subject matter expert for the day-to-day operations of a Middle Office FX Overlay Operations team.
* Own assigned client relationships, engaging with clients daily.
* Ensure work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
* Drive efficiencies in the daily environment – deploy AI, digital tools and automation initiatives consistently.
* Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and operational efficiency, aiming to reduce manual touchpoints and create ongoing capacity.
* Document procedures properly.
* Publish and report client KPIs to clients and showcase these results in periodic service reviews.
* Partner with the Change team to assist in the deployment of change initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree, priority given to candidates with a mutual fund industry background.
* Significant technical and/or supervisory experience preferred.
* Experience in FX Overlay, fund accounting, or the mutual fund industry strongly preferred.
* Proven track record in implementing change.
* Proficiency with digital tools and foundational knowledge of AI mandatory.
