Responsibilities include: * Creating, modifying and optimising CNC programmes and tooling data to improve efficiency. * Supporting feasibility studies and contributing engineering input during production planning. * Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement in quality, cost and delivery. * Working closely with external tooling suppliers to identify cost-saving and performance improvements. * Leading engineering tasks and projects from concept through to implementation. * Providing hands-on technical support to production teams during set-ups and live manufacturing. * Undertaking additional engineering duties as required to support operational goals.
