SEN Teaching Assistants Required

Teaching Personnel are currently working on behalf of a Ofsted-rated "Good" Primary School, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join their supportive and welcoming team.

The Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with SEN to access learning and the wider curriculum
* Help with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
* Promote independence, confidence, and self-esteem
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver support plans
* Provide consistent support throughout the day, including breaks and enrichment activities
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children with additional needs, or a relevant qualification (desirable)
* A calm, patient, and encouraging approach
* A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting emotional wellbeing
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
