Each instructor is selected for their knowledge of movement mechanics and is committed to tailoring exercises for individual needs. Additionally, Complete Pilates offers medically led rehabilitation for those recovering from acute or chronic injuries. The approach ensures a personalized program for each client, working towards achieving noticeable improvements in a set timeline.
Role Description
We are looking for an on-site role for a Pilates Instructor at Complete Pilates, located in North creake - Norfolk. The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for conducting one-on-one and group Pilates sessions, developing personalized exercise programs, and assessing clients' physical performance and progress. Day-to-day tasks include asking clients about their fitness goals, performing visual assessments, providing feedback on clients' movements, and making necessary adjustments to exercises. The instructor will also collaborate with medical professionals when necessary to create effective rehabilitation programs for clients recovering from injuries.
Responsibilities
* Conduct one-on-one and group Pilates sessions.
* Develop personalized exercise programs for clients.
* Assess clients' physical performance and track progress.
* Ask clients about their fitness goals and perform visual assessments.
* Provide feedback on movements and adjust exercises accordingly.

Qualifications
* Pilates Instruction and Personal Training skills
* Knowledge of Movement Mechanics and Exercise Physiology
* Experience in Injury Rehabilitation and Physical Assessment
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Ability to Develop Tailored Exercise Programs
* Commitment to Continuous Professional Development
* Relevant Pilates certification and training
* Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field is a plus
