What you will be doing:
As a Master Technician, you will play a vital role in:
* Carrying out complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance work to the highest standards
* Supporting and mentoring colleagues to help develop technical skills across the team
* Delivering excellent customer service by ensuring vehicles are fixed right the first time
* Working efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
What we need from you:
* Fully qualified Master Technician (or equivalent level of experience)
* Proven track record within a main dealer or independent workshop environment
* Confident with the latest diagnostic tools and repair techniques
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Passionate about delivering quality work and continuous improvement
