Mental Health Nurse - Clinical Team Leader
We’re looking for a Clinical Team Leader RMN at Ivetsey Bank Hospital, Stafford. Ivetsey Bank Hospital is a Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) hospital for young people aged 12‑18 with a diagnosed mental health condition.
What you'll be working:
We’re flexible, so you’ll work a total of 37.62 hours per week, on a rota basis.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensuring the provision of high‑quality individualized person‑centered standards of care are delivered to all patients.
* Ensuring the effective supervision and development of staff.
* Supporting each patient with achieving their planned outcomes.
* Acting as the lead nurse in the assessment, implementation of care through to point of discharge.
* Taking charge of the clinical area.
* Leading the development and maintaining communication with patients’ relatives, families and carers.
* Adopting a flexible approach to hours of duty, in order to meet the needs of the service over a 24‑hour period.
* Working according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
