LB Design Recruitment are proud to be working with a long-established architectural practice who are seeking a Senior Architect to play a key role in shaping and expanding their design team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development of residential and mixed-use schemes from early concept design through to delivery.
The role is ideally suited to an experienced Architect with a proven track record of delivering major projects, combined with the confidence and leadership skills to manage complex building types. Strong client-facing ability and excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with clients, consultants and colleagues alike.
Key requirements:
* A minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience within the UK
* Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction legislation
* Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach
* Excellent knowledge of Revit
* A portfolio showcasing complex, high-quality projects
* Proven experience in client liaison and day-to-day project management
* Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
