As a Hire Coordinator based in Gatwick you’ll be responsible for:
1. Answering the phones and managing a busy centralised inbox. You will be managing customer enquiries and speaking with the wider hire network across the business
2. Liaising with Engineers and Transport Managers to ensure customer deliveries go out on time
3. Writing and following up with quotes for customers
4. Raising hire contracts and terminating contracts in the system, ensuring all contracts are up to date
