Key Responsibilities May Include:
1. Drive the identification, prototyping, and scaling of breakthrough innovations aligned with business growth scenarios and Brambles’ disruptive innovation strategy.
2. Oversee the end-to-end venture development process, ensuring each initiative progresses through defined gates from concept to post-launch review.
3. Conduct market exploration and opportunity scouting, leveraging networks of startups, academia, and industry partners to identify high-potential ventures.
4. Build and manage partnerships across various models, including incubations, alliances, and venture investments to accelerate innovation and platform development.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop robust business cases for new ventures and support their presentation and approval by senior leadership.
6. Define and track KPIs for innovation projects, evaluate outcomes, and refine processes to enhance the effectiveness of the disruptive innovation model.
7. Identify and assess external investment opportunities, applying valuation methods and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
8. Promote innovation across the organisation through training, workshops, and knowledge sharing, embedding a mindset of experimentation and learning.

13. PerformanceMonitoring-Establishandmonitorkeyperformanceindicatorsfor innovation projects and pipeline evolution for disruptive innovation.
14. CultureBuilding– Actively contribute to fosteracultureofinnovationthroughtraining,workshops, and continuous learning and sharing.
15. Evaluation–Evaluate the execution and results of each disruptive innovationproject, capture relevant learning and introduce necessary adjustments to the DI process and model
