Pay Rate: £300 - £375 per day (Time and a half Saturdays)

About the Project:
Our client is delivering a large-scale Mechanical & Electrical commercial/healthcare package of £9.5m in value. As part of our clients continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead and coordinate all electrical works on-site, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and the highest safety and quality standards.
About the Role
As Electrical Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of electrical installations across the project. You will oversee subcontractors, ensure compliance with specifications and regulations, and work closely with the wider site and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Electrical Site Manager Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all electrical works on site from first fix through to commissioning and handover
Supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
Attend and contribute to site progress meetings
Monitor programme and report progress to the Project Manager
Conduct quality inspections and ensure snag-free handovers
Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and delays
Manage materials, plant, and labour resources effectively
Electrical Site Manager Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
Experience working on mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments
Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and installation standards
City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
SMSTS certification
ECS/CSCS card (relevant level)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple work fronts and meet tight deadlines
