Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting GCSE Intervention Tutors in the Chelmsford area to deliver impactful, personalised support in English and Maths.
We’re looking for Qualified Teachers, HLTAs, and SEN/SEMH specialists to join our mission of improving student outcomes through targeted, one-to-one and small group tutoring.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned GCSE English and/or Maths sessions
* Work with learners in homes, libraries, or care settings
* Identify gaps and track progress using Ed Place assessments
* Log attendance and progress via our LEAP reporting platform
* Communicate any safeguarding concerns promptly

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience delivering the UK curriculum
* Confident in planning tailored lessons and creating teaching materials
* Experience supporting students with SEN and/or SEMH needs
* Strong communication and rapport-building skills
* A proactive, compassionate, and adaptable teaching approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
