Our client is a nationwide plant & hire company and due to growth they now require Heavy Plant Field Service Engineers to work on their large variety of plant across the local region.
The Role
This is a field service role, you will carry out servicing and repairs on a wide range of plant equipment and vehicles.
You’ll be supported with a company van, tools, lodging and phone.
* Servicing and repairing heavy plant machinery.
* Carrying out scheduled maintenance (PPM) and responding to breakdowns.
* Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
The Person
A good all‑round knowledge of plant equipment.
* Good experience in maintaining plant such as MEWPs, tractor, forklift, compressors, etc.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Someone who can work both on their own and as part of a team.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
