We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Trainee Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join our Cambuslang team and become the welcoming face and voice of our repair centre.
What You’ll Be Doing
14. Greeting customers warmly in person and over the phone
15. Booking repairs, managing vehicle handovers, and providing updates throughout the process
16. Supporting the team with queries from customers, insurers, and suppliers
17. Keeping accurate records and maintaining high attention to detail
18. Learning the systems, processes, and customer service standards that make Steer Automotive exceptional

19. Enthusiasm for customer service and a professional, approachable manner
20. Good communication and organisational skills
21. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
