Axon Moore are proud to be exclusively recruiting on behalf of an industry leading client in Preston as they look to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant who is able to hit the ground running in a broad role focussing upon Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and Banking.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* End-to-end credit control
* Processing debits and credits onto accounts
* Raising sales invoices
* Sending statements
* Daily banking
* Updating customer price lists
* Closing works orders
* Support with upcoming projects
* Ad-hoc duties
Required Skills and Experience:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* An ability to work both collaboratively and independently
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong Excel and IT skills
* High levels of attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
