As a growing and dynamic department, we are expanding and seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to support our high-performing team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused Paralegal to join a prestigious private client department. You will work alongside experienced Solicitors and Fee Earners on a varied and rewarding caseload, providing essential support to ensure excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Trust documentation
* Supporting fee earners with Probate and Estate Administration matters
* Drafting legal documents and professional correspondence
* Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, executors, and third parties
* Conducting legal research where required
* Managing and maintaining accurate and compliant client files
* Ensuring adherence to regulatory and professional standards
* Providing empathetic and professional client support
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience within a Private Client department (essential)
* Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, and LPAs
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
* Professional, client-focused, and compassionate approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
